Terms of Service
These terms govern the couples financial planning sessions Reason Harbor Family Finance offers. Please read them before booking.
The service we provide
Reason Harbor Family Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Reason Harbor Family Finance จำกัด) provides couples financial planning consultations and shared budgeting guidance in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Sessions are delivered with both partners present, in person or by video call, and are conducted in English. Fees are quoted in Thai baht (THB) at the time of booking.
What this service is not
We are not licensed investment advisers, securities brokers, insurance agents, or fund managers under Thai law. We do not recommend, broker, or sell securities, insurance, mutual funds, cryptocurrency, or any regulated financial product. We do not take commissions, referral fees, or any other payment from third parties for anything you choose to do with your money. Our service is planning and guidance only, based on information you provide about your own household finances.
Booking and sessions
A session is booked when both partners have agreed a time with us and the session fee has been confirmed. We do not run a session with only one partner present. If you need to reschedule, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another couple. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your household income, fixed costs, debts, and goals so that the plan we build reflects your real situation. You also agree that both partners attend voluntarily and that decisions made in the session are made jointly.
Our responsibilities
We will run the session at the agreed time, treat what you tell us as confidential, and leave you with a written summary of the structure you have agreed. We will not share your information with third parties except as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
Because this is planning guidance and not regulated financial advice, we are not liable for financial outcomes that result from decisions you make with your own money after the session. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the session in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
