Refund Policy
Couples financial planning sessions are paid services. This policy sets out when you can get a refund and how to request one.
Eligibility
This policy applies to the paid couples financial planning sessions offered by Reason Harbor Family Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Reason Harbor Family Finance จำกัด). Because sessions are booked in advance and a time slot is reserved for two partners, refunds depend on how much notice you give.
Cancellation by you
- More than 24 hours before the session: a full refund, or we can move the session to another available time at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund, because the slot could not be offered to another couple. You may reschedule once at no additional fee.
- No-show by one or both partners: treated as a late cancellation; no refund, and one reschedule is offered at no additional fee.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a session for any reason, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to the next available slot at no cost.
Work already started
A session is a single fixed-length engagement. If a session has already begun and either partner chooses to leave early, the session fee is not refundable for the portion completed or the time reserved.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the refund being agreed.
How to request a refund
Email info@reason-harbor.digital or call +66-53-442-735 with your booking details and the reason for the request. We will confirm receipt within two business days and respond to the request within seven business days.
