Privacy Policy (PDPA)
This policy explains what we collect through the inquiry form, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s PDPA.

What this site does not do
No analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts run on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta pixels, or any similar measurement code. The only thing stored in your browser by this site is your cookie-consent preference, kept in your browser’s local storage under the key rhff_consent_v1. What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it through the inquiry form on the contact page. The form fields are: your name, your partner’s name (optional), your email, your phone (optional), a short message about your situation, and a consent tick.
We use this data for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if you both decide to proceed, to arrange and run a couples financial planning session. The legal basis under the PDPA is your consent, given by ticking the consent box and submitting the form.
Where the data goes
The form posts your message as JSON to our own handler at /api/inquiry on this same domain. It is not sent to any third party. The message is received by Reason Harbor Family Finance and used only to respond to you and prepare the session. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you do not go on to book a session, we delete your inquiry data within 90 days of your last message. If you become a client, we keep the records needed to deliver and account for the sessions for the duration of our engagement plus two years, after which they are deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, copy, port, withdraw consent for, restrict, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@reason-harbor.digital. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to our own server. Access to stored data is restricted to the people at Reason Harbor Family Finance who need it to reply to you and run the session. We are not a regulated financial institution and we do not hold your bank account numbers, investment holdings, or other sensitive financial credentials — please do not send those through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the inquiry form works in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the date of the last revision.
